We have increased our cleaning practices and will be cleaning the space at regular intervals throughout each day.

Do I need to socially distance?
Government requirements for social distancing were removed in July 2021, however we have lowered our capacity to ensure everyone is comfortable. We ask that you continue to remain considerate and respectful of others when in the venue.
Will I need to be vaccinated to come to a show?
We recommend that all customers coming to an event are in possession of a valid NHS COVID Pass or if under 18 years old are able to evidence a negative lateral flow test result with an NHS email or text message.
Where customers are exempt from this scheme, we ask that you contact visitor.services@alexandrapalace.com ahead of the game to aid your smooth entry into the venue.
Do I need to show a COVID Pass to get into the venue?
We are strongly recommending that customers attending events at Alexandra Palace are responsible and look out for others through arriving at the venue in possession of a COVID Pass. Random checks may be in place of COVID Passes upon entry to the event.
For customers who live outside England:
o Scotland - please obtain evidence of your vaccination status here or provide evidence of a negative lateral flow test here
o Wales - please obtain evidence of your vaccination status here or provide evidence of a negative lateral flow test here
o If you are traveling from Northern Ireland or from any other country, please contact visitor.services@alexandrapalace.com for further guidance.
Customers under the age of 18 are outside of the scope of the NHS COVID Pass initiative.
If I'm not vaccinated, where do I get NHS Lateral Flow Tests:
You can order NHS Lateral Flow Tests from here
To demonstrate your test status please use the NHS COVID Pass, text message or email and please and do not bring test strips with you to the venue to demonstrate your test results.
I don't have smart phone so can't use the NHS App or NHS website?
Please call NHS 119 who can arrange for a paper COVID Pass to be sent to you. Please plan ahead and make sure you've left enough time for this to arrive in the post before the event.
Do I still need for wear a face covering?
We love for you to be considerate and look out for others and follow the government guidance that "expects and recommends face coverings are worn in crowded and enclosed spaces and when mixing with people you don't normally meet." apart from when eating or drinking.
Staff working at the venue, unless medically exempt, will be wearing face coverings when directly interacting with customers if they are not behind service screens.
You may be asked to remove a face covering during the entry process to the venue or for age-verification when purchasing alcohol.
Where I can I scan in using the NHS COVID-19 App?
If you'd like to check into Alexandra Palace using the NHS COVID-19 contact tracing app, please ask our Visitor Services team for the QR code.
What happens if the Government's COVID-19 guidance changes between now and the date of the event I'm attending?
If government guidance or legislation requires venues to put in place other or mandatory measures to allow the concert to go ahead, all lead ticket bookers will be emailed with revised requirements and any revised conditions of entry.
Should for any reason the event be prevented from taking place due to government instruction, all lead ticket bookers will be emailed with details regarding rescheduling or refunds.
